The current website with the address "honeymonitor.com" and any systems, servers and applications that work with it (herein jointly mentioned as "Platform", "Application", "Systems" or "HoneyMonitor"), are operated and property of "Floating Eagle - Unipessoal Lda", a Portuguese Limited Liability Corporation with the VAT Number PT 513 575 391, and offices on "Rua Doutor Barros Moura 5, Apartamento 87, 7005-511 Évora, Portugal" (herein mentioned as "Floating Eagle", "Corporation" or "Company" and the offices address as "Address" or "Headquarters").

Data Protection

I was informed that the entity responsable for the collection and treatment of my personal data is Floating Eagle, with offices on the Address, and that it commits to collect and handle my personal data according to the EU data protection rules and/or any other applicable law on this matter.

My personal data, collected through the Platform, are intended to allow Floating Eagle to grant me access to the Platform. My personal data will be carefully stored by Floating Eagle for purposes of maintaining my and my networks access to this platform. I understand that the storage of my personal data is crutial for this Platform to work, that I won't be able to use the Platform if I don't want to supply my data and if I don't want my data stored I cannot use the Platform.

Floating Eagle agrees to treat my data confidentially and only use them for the purposes described in these terms, assuring the safety of the data in order to avoid unauthorized changes, treatment, access or loss.

My personal data, being on the posession of Floating Eagle, will be legitimately treated by Floating Eagle. I'll be able to request to Floating Eagle the rectification, removal, limitation, oposition and/or portability of any of my personal data, being that I'll be able to perform those rights via email to [email protected], without injury of right to pursue litigation - I understand those operations, however, may result in suspension of my access to the Platform.

Platform Usage

I'm only allowed to have on account, I'm over 18 years old and all my details are real, valid and I can legitimately accept and comply with the present terms.

I understand these terms are valid and apply to the Platform at all times, and that I'm obligued to accept them in order to create an account or continue using the Platform in any way, and that these will remain valid throughout any usage of the Platform or other Floating Eagle Systems, without validity or limit.

I agree I'll use the free versions of this product strictly for non-commercial use and only on my residential network.

My access to the Platform may be blocked by a unilateral decision from Floating Eagle for any reason, at any time and without any previous notice, reason and in that case Floating Eagle won't be obligued to finalize any pending orders, and I agree any premium features will be lost instantly.

Legal

The current terms are ruled by the Portuguese law.

If any provision on these terms shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforcable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or elimited to the minimum extend necessary and won't affect the validity and force of the rest of the terms, with the adaptations that are found necessaries.

Any dispute or litigation arising from these terms, the Platform or other Floating Eagle Systems , including breach or termination of these terms, may be solved by arbitrage, according to own regulations, where I irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portugal for arbitrage. If arbitrage fails the litigation shall be brought in the courts of Évora, Portugal - I understand and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the said court.
